Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
QuickBooks experience required
Knowledge in the foodservice equipment industry is a plus
Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in relationship building. Must engage with the customers in a friendly demeanor and have a high level of comfort approaching strangers
Strong negotiation and organizational skills
Must maintain a positive attitude and be result-oriented
Be comfortable working in a team and an independent setting
Strong computer skills
Responsibilities Include:
Handle incoming customer calls and direct to the appropriate personnel
Assist customer walk-ins by answering questions, following up with product recommendations, and providing with price quotes
Submitting purchase orders as required for approval, and receive payments and deposits as well as maintain sales records and balancing daily cash flow
Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the showroom by organizing, pricing, reordering and restocking on a regular basis
Receiving product and maintaining inventory
Must possess good communication skills with peers, direct reports and at all levels of the company
Promoting all facets of Equipment Plus with regards to services offered
Other duties as requested
